Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At nika doodles, we want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, please reach out within the timeframe described below and we will do our best to make it right.

 

2. Physical Products (Prints, Posters & Merchandise)

Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss distance selling law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at nikadoodlesshop@gmail.com before returning anything.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

 

3. Original Artwork

Original artworks are final sale. Due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will review the situation and work with you on a fair resolution.

 

4. Digital Downloads

All digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Because digital files cannot be returned, we encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your file, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nikadoodlesshop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

6. Custom or Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of a fault on our part.
