These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.nikadoodles.ch and all purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services
nika doodles offers the following types of products:

Prints & Posters — Physical art prints shipped to your address.

Original Artwork — One-of-a-kind illustrated pieces.

Digital Downloads — Printable files delivered digitally after purchase.

Merchandise — Items such as mugs, cards, and other illustrated goods.
All artwork is created and owned by nika doodles. Product images are shown as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly between screens and in print.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT where required. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; orders already placed will be honoured at the price displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products (prints, originals, merchandise)
Physical items are shipped from Switzerland. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
nika doodles takes reasonable care in packaging all items. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage at nikadoodlesshop@gmail.com.

Digital downloads
After successful payment, digital files are made available for download immediately or via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device supports the file format provided. No physical item is shipped for digital orders.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Under Swiss consumer protection law, distance selling contracts may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving physical goods, without giving a reason, unless the goods are custom-made or have been personalised.

Physical products
You may return unused, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Original artwork
Original artworks are final sale unless they arrive damaged. Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is an issue.

Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of nika doodles and are protected by Swiss and international copyright law.
Personal use: Physical and digital products purchased are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Commercial use: Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any artwork — including digital downloads — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from nika doodles.
You may not claim ownership of, alter, or sublicense any artwork or design purchased.
7. Digital Downloads – Licence
When you purchase a digital download, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to print and use the file for private, non-commercial purposes only. You may print the file for personal use or as a gift. You may not:

Resell or redistribute the digital file in any form.

Upload the file to print-on-demand services for resale.

Share the file publicly or provide it to third parties.

Use the artwork for commercial purposes without a separate commercial licence.
8. Limitation of Liability
nika doodles makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot be held liable for:

Slight colour variations between screen displays and printed products.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data (name, email, shipping address) solely to fulfil your order. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.nikadoodles.ch, and in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG).
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your order (e.g. shipping providers, payment processors).
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Küsnacht, canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

nika doodles reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or placing an order after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
