Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All physical orders are carefully packed and shipped from Küsnacht, Switzerland. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will keep you informed at every step.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays.

Digital downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation and are not subject to shipping times.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

Switzerland

We ship throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. Standard delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International

We ship internationally via Swiss Post. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: approximately 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of world: approximately 10–21 business days.

Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or other factors outside our control are possible.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on the website.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. nika doodles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We cannot mark shipments as 'gifts' to avoid customs fees.

 

6. Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey. Not all shipping options include tracking; this will be indicated at checkout.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking information (if applicable).

  • Check with your local post office or collection point.

  • Contact us at nikadoodlesshop@gmail.com with your order number.

We will do our best to investigate and assist. Please note that nika doodles cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

 

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nikadoodlesshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

9. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. We aim to use eco-friendly and recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
